All products purchased on our website have a 6-month warranty. For the warranty to be valid after purchase, please save the order invoice to the email address you provided in the order form.
In case of returning the product, the product must be brought back to us at SIA “Mix Max” Augusta Deglava iela 46, Riga, LV-1035, in order to inspect the product defect in person and assess the reason for returning the product. The customer is offered the option of repairing the product if the defect is industrial or exchanging it for another product of the same type.
If the product is not damaged or damaged due to the customer’s fault, then each case is evaluated individually.
Warranty repair of a product or production of a new product may take up to 5 business days.
